Terms and Conditions, April 2019.
By entering the Crunch&Sip® Perth Glory Facebook Competition (Competition), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter of the Crunch&Sip® Perth Glory Facebook Competition is the Crunch&Sip® Program. The Crunch&Sip® Program is managed by Cancer Council Western Australia Inc. ABN 15 190 821 561 under contract with the WA Department of Health.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The prize: 1 x Family pass which includes, (2) x Adult and (2) x Child General Admission Seating Unreserved Tickets for the Perth Glory FC vs Wellington Phoenix football game at HBF Park on the 28st April 2019, 5.00pm kick-off. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and prize cannot be substituted for a different game on a different date.
Who can enter?
Competition is free and open to persons aged 18 years or more who reside in WA and submit a written response to, “Tell us your favourite vegetable and who you'd invite" on the official Crunch&Sip® Facebook page competition post. Employees and Volunteers of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. Only Western Australian residents are eligible to enter.
How to enter
The Crunch&Sip® Perth Glory Facebook Competition commences at 9:00am WST on Monday 15th April 2019 and entries close at 4:00 pm WST on Friday 26th April 2019. Entries received after that time on that date or not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win a prize.
This is a game of chance. Names of entrants who fulfil the entry requirements by commenting with ‘their favourite vegetable and who’d they invite’ on the competition post will go into a random prize draw. The winner will be contacted via their Facebook page. The instructions for collecting the prize will be sent to the winner. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. You agree that the Promoter may, with your written consent, publish your entry in any form if you are judged to be a winner.
Entries will be drawn by Crunch&Sip® on Friday 26th April 2019 at 4:00 pm WST. The name drawn in the random draw and who responds when contacted by the Promoter will receive the prize. Neither the Promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. The Promoter’s draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any unclaimed or leftover prizes will be distributed at the Promoter’s discretion.
Winners will be notified via the Crunch&Sip® Facebook channel.
